Is there any way to start the game without typing the administrator password in? I have problems to get the admin password.
Earlier I was able to close it but now is there an error.

Add your user to the local admin group, or disable UAC perhaps.
To start the game you must start the anticheat, and to start the anticheat you must have some level of admin access.
