Mouse not working in the game, phoenix is flash now ?

I’ve noticed a bug when i was playing ranked, all of a sudden i couldnt use my mouse to turn or look up and down while in the menu the mouse was moving just fine. When the match have ended i could move normally again.
And i’ve noticed another bug where phoenix would move around fast as lightning after self reviving and a seconds later i just teleported back where i was.
