Strange occurrence, only had it happen once.
Tonight I was playing as Defender on Underground/Canary Wharf. Attackers had destroyed 1st objective and were making their way down.
As Proxy I had to put mines by the exit door of the lift, downstairs.
I throw the mine, the door was closing (someone had used it, they were very dead by now), I get killed by the mine exploding.
Although I had been killed by my own mine (triggered by the closing door, or lift going up) somehow that very same mine was now on the floor beside me.
A team mate revives me (see screenshot 01).
Moments later I am revived an CANNOT pick that mine from the floor, F key does nothing (see screenshot 02).
I even thought there could have been a mine on the lift (as a Proxy was the merc that came down, and was killed, a moment ago) BUT even so there’s the case of not being able to pick my own mine back.
By the time I took the 1st screenshot the kill feed had moved on and had no way to know it for sure.
