Heartbeat sound audible whilst dead

Happened on several occasions, although NOT a regular bug to me.
After dying, on occasion, I keep hearing the heartbeat sound.
1st I thought it would be the player I was spectating (and it could be in some cases) but I had it happen when it’s not. The sound just plays until I respawn.
