Constant weapon switch

Had an instance of the old weapon switch bug again. Havent seen it in ages but today it came back.

Planted C4 on Terminal last.
Got killed as Fragger. Cant remember how, sorry.
Got revived by Sparks.
Was now constantly switching weapons and could not use the quick abilities anymore. I could reload however and firing the revolver was possible, firing the M4 was not.

I have had this off/on for months. Weapon simply freezes on main weapon, and I can reload (just as you stated), but cannot switch to pistol, throw packs or mines, etc. I either have to slash/kill or sometimes it simply goes away after 90-120 seconds.
