I sent a clip over to Naxxus via Discord a while back about getting killed by an invisible Kira. This time it’s a Bushwhacker and he’s invisible twice during the same match.
My guess is, it has something to do with getting killed when trying to plant a deployable like a turret or an ammo station and getting revived afterwards. The jerky movement of the Bushwhacker in the second clip suggests that connection quality might have a part in this issue as well.

Don’t be fooled by the Phantom in the second clip, I double checked it in slow motion to make sure it was the same Bushwhacker that vanished in the first clip.
