Mission intro playing even when mission started

So this has been weighing on my mind heavily for a long time now. The mission intro is so often being synchronized quite terribly. Sometimes I hear the intro narration while the map is still loading, sometimes it starts in the middle of the video, sometimes it isn’t being played at all, but 70% of the time it is playing into the actual mission time and gameplay has already started. This is highly annoying since the first push is actually one of the most important things in the game.
For example in Bridge, if the attacking Aura can rush the left side and put down a healing station in the left part of the market, the following team has the perfect position to fight for the EV and hold it, because the defense had absolutely no time to set up a proper postion yet.

I know this is not the first time this is being mentioned here, but I thought I’d create a stand-alone thread for this, because it is happening since the very start.

I would strongly recommend to check how often a player has played a certain map and after 5-10 times stop showing the intro.

Can’t stand hearing the same thing over and over. And how about some new maps while we’re at it?

Also during halftime in stopwatch the first line of the intro cine is for the side that you were on in the previous half and it corrects itself for the remaining two lines which probably causes a lot of confusion for new players. For example this is what you hear in the halftime on Chapel if you played attack for the first half:
“Repair the EV!”
“Then stop them escorting it to the construction lift!”

By the way, just to undermine the argument that ‘people won’t know what to do’.
If I join a server where the mission has already started, which usually is the case then the intro isn’t shown anyway and technically new people won’t know what to do.

The mission intro shows us the objectives, but new people don’t know how to get there anyway, since they don’t know their way around the map. They still will have to discover the map.
Aside from that we have visible HUD icons showing us the directions to the objectives and during the map loading we are already shown what the objectives are.
