This has been happening for quite a while now, whenever spectating after dying in Objective or Stopwatch and letting go of TAB to close the scoreboard, the player information portion of the spectating hud can be seen briefly to fade out from screen as the merc/loadout card selection portion of hud fades in. I’ve attached some examples of what I mean.
