Who are some of the other great competitive Vasilli players out there? and does anyone know if they got configs out online to test out? 
That config you linked is almost a year old and there have been tons of changes since then. There are no class specific configs around, just pick up sick6 newb’s config from reddit and you’re all set, configs don’t mean anything as long as your game runs fine.
Given the recoil changes and the insta gib removal. I am guessing Snipers would probably be using the PDP over bolt action ones now. There used to be a lot of those type of players around but I am guessing they are few and far between now.
