Trinket receive bug

What about the bug that player unlock a trinket but he doesn’t see it in his inventory?
I unlocked the first one and received it,unlocked the second one but didn’t receive it,when its going to be fixed?

Sadly this is a known issue, although rest assured you WILL get the trinket. We’ve been asked to direct people to here: http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/21821/coal-trinket-not-properly-given-out-if-you-are-having-issues-please-post-here/p1 in the event of them asking about the bug.

Also, opening a support ticket can help as they are recording who has/hasn’t received the trinket: https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Sadly no exact time as to when they will be sent out/sorted, but I hope this helps! :slight_smile:

Only good thing about this trinket thing not being recieved (for me) is that i got 4 dickens event cases instead on playing… my friend has his trinket but has 0 event cases… lol ;x

Nader, Nader, Sparks and Phoenix Loadouts. Very nice.

I guess I can consider myself lucky as I got all three trinkets even though the game didn’t track my play time correctly.
Especially on the snowman one it just wouldn’t move.

We’re still investigating this issue. Once we have resolved it everyone missing Trinkets will receive them. Sorry for the delay D:
