When I’m defending on Bridges I like to throw a mine (Proxy) between EV and wall.

Happend twice now that I threw slightly too far left and the mine disappeared inside the EV wheel. I didn’t throw into the wheel but just next to it!
The mine was effectively thrown, meaning my cooldown got activated and the mine was reduced from my inventory, however it never hit the ground. I could neither see the blue arrow symbol which normally indicates mines nor the mine itself.
