The AoE heal does not affect players on mounted MGs or the MG of the EV.

They are also not affected by Aura’s healingstation, so probably also the ammo station from Kira. Do med-/ammopacks (throwable) work on direct hit?
I can understand why they don’t want that to work, because a player who is constantly healed mounted on a statioonary MG is quite the bummer.

I’m sure people on MG can’t be spotted by Red Eye’s IR vision.
I think people on MG can’t be targeted by Bushwacker’s turret.
Are they detected by Heartbeat Sensor ? I don’t have that merc.

Yes they are. One of the few thing that isn’t bugged with turrets.
