1 unnecessary user step when opening cases

Minor UI issue.
When opening cases there is 1 unnecessary step (for the user, I mean).

The case is open and the card is shown, this screen could be omitted and go straight to the next one

for me all this case opening is a klick maraton… it would be ok to have a “select all cases and open them” feature

I agree, several people already asked for that feature.
It would be great to also be able to open them while in the lobby.

And / or reduce the drop-rate while increasing the chance of non-lead cards.
