This seems to happen more than once to multiple people on the map Bridge(so far). Happened to myself and a couple of my friends on TS3. We all got the same bug at the same moment after a map switch or after a side switch during warm-up. Camera stays like this while moving around, but resets to 1st person normal camera when you start sprinting or the start of the round.
