Game performance degrades over time

Starts off fine, getting 120+ FPS, then suddenly mid-game it will drop down to 40, then 30, then 12, then 5-6 fps.

Metrics in task manager look fine, no high CPU, memory, disk usage.

When I minimise the game, Windows is struggling as well. If I close the game, everything returns back to normal and it’s fine. Restarting the game resets the performance and it runs fine.

Will update if I can figure out what triggers it.

Intel i5 4670k
16GB RAM
GTX 780 (GeForce 347.25 driver)

can you post if you did anything different to get it to run under W10
others have had no luck

Windows 10 booted fine for me…

I think it might be objective related?

I just did a ranked match and when we destroyed the first objective, that’s when I started to notice it again. When I restarted the game, it worked again. But I’ve seen this behaviour on Chapel and… that other map with the 2 trains you destroy at the end.

Anyone else playing on Windows 10 with a similar set up? It’s the only thing that’s changed between builds on my end.

I did a full reinstall and deleted all configs (Not that I had an custom ones to begin with)

Just want to confirm its the game.
