How open the FULL console on none-english keyboards?

Not the home key 1 line, the big one.

So, how do i get to the large console when I use a keyboard (say DE) without an english layout(EN/US)?

I’m on an en-GB keyboard but I’ve been using single quote (which I believe is above the # key on a de-DE keyboard, but not sure if it will work).
