Prefab Working Camera?

Anyone has a prefab of a Working surveillance Camera or a Map Where One is in? I want a surveillance Camera on One capturable objective. I had a Working One in a Little Map i Never finished but this was in the old days and the Computer it was on doesn’t exist anymore.

A prefab Would be totally awesome, but a Map Where One is in Would be Great as well.
