Can not respawn after first death.

I finally encouraged my friend to reinstall this game, and guess what he cant respawn. The timer just keeps on going on after pressing space…

Has he rebound jump to something other than space?

This is a common problem if you accidentally go to spectator mode and back to a team.

Had this issue, coming back to the game after a month break.
It was solved by deleting all the config files, and then allowing the game to create new ones.
