Hi, I’m trying to learn map making for ETQW, and im doing the first map tutorials on the modding wiki. It all goes well up to when it says to press F3 to enable the real-time renderer, which doesnt show anything. And when i go play the map by typing devmap <mapname>, I can hear the map sounds, but i dont see any map on the game window. I dont have a game window at all. Could anyone please help?

Well, I can’t personally help you, since I’ve never made any maps. But I know some that have, maybe you can ask them.

EDIT: You can also come into the #biatch channel on QuakeNet irc server and idle. Several map-makers idle there now and then.
