When I change the size of the hit indicator it works fine at first. Then after a map change or I leave the server and rejoin I loose my hit indicator all together.
I changed it from 1 ot .4. To get it to return I have to set it back to 1 and go shoot something. Then I can change it back to .4 for the remainder of the map.
