Texture or structure popping

Let me start off by saying it isn’t a big issue but it happens. At some locations it seems to take 1 or 2 frames before the actors become visible (I don’t know if its the whole actor or just the texture). And therefore I can only see the skybox in the background. As far as I know I couldn’t see any enemies behind those actors. It happens mostly when you enter a new bsp room.

Here is an example of me jumping up to a store’s wall. At the moment I jump into the structure it happens and the moment I get out of it. What that could be is that the bsp border is slightly lower than the real brush.

my guess would of been, since this engine is designed for consoles it uses texture pop ins to reduce stress on the system
