Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but today on London bridge I was revived in a doorway near the objectives, with my body partially in the geometry. After reviving successfully into the regular game space, my player speed was double-triple normal speed and I went on a killing rampage. I’m certain it was not just a visual artifact, because I was able to run/interact/be shot by other players. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, it’s been reported several times.
Usually either you move very slow and jerk up and down very fast or at super speed with no up and down jerking. But always you are invincible and invisible.
Only ever seen it after being revived in or under geometry or EV.

I was not invincible, but otherwise just as you described it, although I was near the doorway and a few steps away from the EV…

i always get ghosting when ever i get revived normally goes away after a moment or if i run into an object to speed it up
