Reviving team-mates in front of elevator doors or near them makes them spawn at bottom level.
This happened to me as I was killed trough the elevator glass.
Died.
Team-Mate revived me.
Respawned at the bottom level of the elevator.
( You dont fall through the entire map, its just the normal floor )
