2nd C4 on target blows

im not sure this is even a bug.
it happened on an earlier version and noticed again yesterday i think.
if 2 C4s are planted on a container in waterloo the 1st destroys and the 2nd still detonates.
first time it happened was at slow mo screen at end and it went off and killed my player.
second time i killed someone else with it.
not really a bad thing but worth a mention.
