Would you promote this game as a cybersport discipline (ESL, MLG, etc)?
If yes or no, would you add such things like console (with a lot of commands) or a UI customization?
Any plans for game modes such as Deathmatch, Clan Arena, CTF & ladders / matchmaking?
Some comp tools would be good. I wanted to watch a few BrinkTV matches but the 3rd person spectator view just didn’t do it for me.
I think it’s essential for games to have a first person perspective for spectators. I’ve been playing Natural Selection 2 recently and I really enjoy the game but I tried to watch a competitive game and without any first person spectator view I found myself quickly losing interest. Oh no, my second Halo reference in my first two posts. I think Halo 2 and Halo 3 were some of the most entertaining games to watch as a spectator.
