It would be nice to have an option to keep the last x lines of the chat visible, now it fades away after a certain amount of time but sometimes that’s to fast. Also I saw that longer lines are cut off, it would be great to have it multi-line displayed if that happens, and, if I can really make this a heavy request: an option (or permanent) place it on the bottom center again.

There are a lot of things you can edit in the .ini files. Dirty Bomb\Published\Content\ShooterGame\Config\ShooterUI.ini specifically has hud settings. You can change the position of minimap to top right, obituaries to bottom left, chat to bottom middle etc. Also fade time of obit/chat and max lines.
Will do a proper writeup once i have a better understanding of the settings.
