You must call a death for that,then it will be sent as MOD_CRUSH …etc and displayed as it is.

Basiclly yes,if the player drowns to the lava,the lava text will be displayed.

It is all to modders,they can add everything to some trigger_ actions with pop ups.

Not sure about etpub…
