Is there any consideration for a rcon tool that allows us to control the server when not ingame? or is any in development?

Ive been searching around for one myself i did find out theres one group supposedly working on one according to this website, but thats all ive been able to find thusfar http://www.fragworld.org/frag/brink/brink-server-admin-and-gsp-guide.html if u look on the tab at the bottom that says RCON youll see the group im talking about with a link to their website. I sincerely hope they release some sort of gui rcon, this text based crap is pretty painful to use at times. I find it easier to settup the damn server than i do to use the RCON lol.
