Fixed map duration question

OK, need some help with how this works

Fixed map duration in standard mode is off by default. In competion mode it’s on.

Anyone have any details on how this works?

If you want to set your map duration I believe the cvars you need are:

si_scriptControlledTime (set to zero to turn of dynamic times for each objective)
si_timeLimit (set to the time you want)

Now it’s 3am, I’m at home and don’t have the game open, so those cvars might be named slightly wrong, but I’m sure a quick tab out in the console will find you the correct ones if I’m not right :slight_smile:

Cool, thanks. I can also check how they are used in the sample competition config, but how exactly do the dynamic times work?

edit: hmmm, does dymanic mean set by netvars, or does it mean it changes based on the current situation on the map?
