5850 using latest 11.5a drivers ( brink fix ) , 3.8ghz phenomII 965 and 8gb RAM. indoors FPS is fine outdoors it dps to 30 and below which is unplayable for an fps.
tried messing around with all of the settings, the only way i can make the game playable is by setting r_shadows to 0 which then brings the game to framerate cap 60fps or higher w/o vsync
