PC Dedicated Servers- No ban function?

Just downloaded the dedicated server files and in looking through the PDF I do not see a ban function in the list of server commands!

WTF!!!

Can we get clarification on this. Is this just an omission in the pdf? Will server admins have the ability to ban people?

There are several admin functions available through the ‘admin’ command. The functionality should tab-complete.

Just looked at the console and yeah, lots of other admin commands that were not listed in the PDF.
