New D3/Q4/ETQW/Prey/etc development wiki

The old doom3reference wiki has been rehashed and it’s now transformed into modwiki, a D3-engine development reference wiki, covering D3, Q4, ET:QW (when released) and Prey (when released) content, with specific ‘categorization’ for each different iteration of the D3 engine.
